are used to extract and create rules from your data. These rules, along with any
expert knowledge available, are then added to DEForecaster
to create your decision support system.
The REDUCT Process Suite extends
decision support to real-time industrial processes: process management and
optimization (Optim/RT), virtual sensors (VirtualAnalyzer), and production scheduling (SchedulingExpert).
In 2006, REDUCT developed a new software Optim.NET. Optim.NET extends current Optim/RT functionalities by integrating all process data management and decision support information with Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and by providing full Web reporting capabilities for process diagnosis, control and optimization at different plant management levels. FORECASTER: for prediction
and forecasting of new outcomes/decisions/goals using a multi-criterion approach. These
systems reason about new objects or situations using approximate
reasoning, tell the user when the models (rules) are no longer applicable, and
determine when the rules should be updated.
REDUCT PROCESS SUITE
integrated computer software solution for supervisory control and optimization based on
historical production data and knowledge. These systems provide operators with
advice on different strategies available to address process upsets, options and tradeoffs
for optimizing production cost and product quality, and the best approaches to real-time
